How to edit a Modpack-Map?

Hi,

i want to edit my Resonant Rise modpack world. I want a area of a vanilla MC World insert my modpack World. I use MCEdit, but when i start my edited map, MC crashed: http://pastebin.com/dg1FLqFb

It´s my first time to edit a map and i don´t know what the problem is. The version of MCEdit is win64-2.0.0alpha-988.

I hope you understand what i mean. Sorry for my bad english
