I'm a little new to the orchard trees and was wondering, is there a way to harvest the fruit without cutting down the trees, or should I just go into the multifarms?

It's been a while since I touched Forestry, so things may have changed. If I recall correctly, you may be able to simple right-click the leaves of certain trees with mature fruit, while other trees will drop their fruit onto the ground once it's mature (I believe this was common with nut trees).
