So every time I try to start monster 1.1.1 it starts to load but after a little while the ftb launcher just pops back up I don't even see a minecraft window and there is no crash report. This is what the launcher says.

I don't understand the instructions

place it into your instance/server's mods folder. DO NOT try to extract the jar file and DO NOT add it as a jar mod into the minecraft.jar

which folder is this where do I find it

and just to make sure I keep it as a jar right?

Yes, keep it as a jar. You want to place the file into "[where you installed FTB]/Monster/minecraft/mods".
