When i try to run the .bat file only two files get created. And nothing else.. nothing else comes up.
Ive dowloaded the files from FTB launcher

Cant start the Agrarian skies server from FTB

What files are created? If one of them is a log file, it might shed some light on what the problem is.

ForgeModLoader-server-0 is a log file, you should be able to open it with any text editor such as Notepad. Post it, and we might be able to help interpret it for you.

You're running Java 8, which is currently incompatible with Forge. Uninstall it (and any other Java versions you may have) and reinstall only the latest 64-bit Java 7 from http://java.com/.
