FTB/ Agrarian Skies Crashing on launch

Yup, looks like your anti-virus is probably interfering with FTB. "The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open" is your error, and that only happens when something on your computer has the indicated file open. Some of the time, this is because the user has opened the file for editing (in your case, the ChickenChunks config file), but most of the time it's caused by an anti-virus program's real-time protection feature scanning files that modded Minecraft needs to launch. You have a few options: exclude the FTB directory from your anti-virus's real-time scan, disable that feature of your anti-virus while you play (possibly just when you launch the game), or as you've mentioned doing, disable the anti-virus.
