I download too much tnt mod added to the mods list and ran minecraft... and error message comes up that it has found duplicate mod sources in my minecraft installation

TooMuchTNT can't be added to Direwolf20?

Did you do anything besides adding the mod via the FTB launcher? Some mods come with installers or the like which, if you both install the mod that way and via the launcher, will effectively add the mod twice and conflict with itself.
