I have a crash problem with a Unkonwn block

Someday I mine and see a unknown block.

When I Mine it, the sever crash. And than have 100~150 blocks far center the unknown block can't enter again.

If go there again . The sever will crash again.

But I didn't know the problem block in which mod.

This thing also happen in single play.

Did someone have Solution with this? If have, please tell me. Thank!!
